Spring It EuroMed!

“Spring It EuroMed!” Training Course for youth NGOs Leaders in Volunteer Management Programmes as a tool for civil society development took place in Rybnik, Poland between 2nd and 8th of July 2012.

The main aim of the Training Course was to provide for our participants the necessary competences to ensure high quality standards in designing, implementing and evaluating Volunteers Management Programme as a tool to support the continuous learning and engagement of youth in civil society.

Spring It EuroMed gathered 18 experienced and motivated youth leaders, youth workers and active NGOs members from Egypt, Morocco, Israel, Poland, Portugal and Turkey interested in developing their management skills. Our meeting gave a unique opportunity to work in multicultural group, became more familiarize with economic, social and political situations in other partner countries.

During those 6 days of common learning process trainers provided for all participants a free space for discussions, interactive workshops, presentations of best practices, individual and group work as well community research, visit in Stowarzyszenie WIOSNA, cultural trip to Kraków and spaces of debate with experts and local community.

Participants had a chance to share their experiences, knowledge and best practices connected with youth volunteers management by creating The Tool Kit – document combining different approaches and methods of cooperating with youth volunteers, which can be downloaded below.
